Intro conversation

A short email about your operation: fleet size, region, roughly how many stops a week, how routes are planned today. That is enough to start.

Intake on your real export

We run your customer-stop file as-is — shared directly during the engagement, never through a website form. Intake catches what spreadsheets hide: encoding artifacts, renamed columns, duplicate stops, two addresses pasted into one cell.

Pins and constraints verified

Every below-confidence geocode is reviewed against the map before it can poison a route. Your rules — locked stops, service windows, hours-in-the-day caps — are captured in plain English and enforced as hard constraints.

Solve and compare

Routes are built on road-network distances and set against the assignments you run today: miles, drive time, workload balance, trucks used. Ambiguous data is held out and resolved with you — never guessed.

Import that doesn't fight you.

Upload the CSV your office system exports. Columns map themselves, and the importer remembers your format — the second upload never asks. Rejected rows come back as a downloadable receipt, not a dead end.

Distance and drive-time matrices come from the road network. OR-Tools assigns stops across the fleet under capacity, day-length, lock, and service-window constraints.

Is our customer list safe?

Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in application code. And your data is never a hostage: CSV in, CSV out — you can leave any time and your routes leave with you.

Will drivers actually use it?

There is nothing to install. A driver opens a link on any phone and taps twice per stop. Tap data sharpens the next plan — it is never a gate on running today's route.

We already have routes.

Good — that's the baseline. The audit starts from your current assignments and shows the delta in miles, hours, and trucks. If the delta is small, we say so and you keep your routes.

Our data is a mess.

Expected. Messy exports are the entry point, not a disqualifier. Intake normalizes the file, flags what it can't trust, and never guesses on an ambiguous address — ambiguity gets resolved with you, not invented.

Why founder-led

CoeRoute is in private beta, and I run every evaluation personally. Not because it can't scale — because early routing deployments live or die on operational details: the dock that takes twice as long, the customer who must be first, the address that is really two addresses. I would rather find those with you in an audit than have you find them on a live route. And if the routes aren't better enough to change how you work, I will tell you that too.
